how do i Secure my wedding date?

a non-refundable/non-transferable date Retention fee of $100, and a $200 bridal Service deposit along with a signed contract are required in order to secure your date. this fee covers your initial evaluation as we assess your needs to ensure the perfect glam team is chosen for you. Stylist/artist booking, scheduling, consulting and communication. planning, organizing and perfecting the day of, service timelines. making updates or modifications to desired services or timelines as requested or needed.

how far in advance Should i book?

On average, weddings book up to 12 months in advance.

do you have a minimum?

we accommodate any size bridal party! although we prioritize bookings with 6 or more service on Saturdays, we dO welcome smaller booking requests!

do you offer deStination weddingS?

yes! additional fees relating to extended travel, flights, transportation, lodging, and per diems will apply for all destination weddings.

what forms of payment do you use?

we accept all payments or debt/credit cardS.

what makeup/hair productS are uSed?

all of the makeup and hair products used are professional brands that were designed to give long-lasting results and photograph beautifully. Our team carries a wide range of products from different brands to accommodate all skin and hair types.

how Should we prep our hair & Skin?

your face must be clean. your hair must be clean, dry and ideally unconditioned. (please note: dry Shampoo is not clean.)

do we schedule a timeline for the wedding day?

we will determine a start time and completion deadline, but we do not create a time slotted timeline/schedule for each client. why? Some clients may take 20 minutes, some may take 45. Our policy is that a client needs to be in the Stylist/artist’s chair at all times. artists/Stylists will leave once services are completed.

do you do blowouts or laSh cluSterS?

unfortunately we do not offer these Services.

do you offer on-location ServiceS or do you have a location where we can get ready?

we only offer on location services.

how do you choose what Stylist/artiSt i will be working with?

trends fade—you’re timeless. to pair you with the perfect glam team, we start by asking you to complete a hair & makeup assessment. this form captures your beauty goals, concerns, and inspirations in detail. from there, we hand-select your Stylist and artist based on your responses and the tier you choose.

how much iS travel?

travel fees apply at a rate of $1.00/mile to any distance outside of 10 miles from the center of milwaukee or Phoenix .

do you offer bride Only ServiceS?

yes! please contact us for a custom quote!

can you service large bridal partieS?

yes. Our talented company of Stylists/artists, can accommodate any size request. My team is curated by me, based on their professionalism, artistry and (most importantly) genuine nature.

if it is necessary to book additional Stylists/artists in order to complete your bridal party within the timeframe allowed, there is an additional Stylist/artist fee of $100 for each extra Stylist/artist booked beyond the initial Stylist/artist.

do you offer airbruSh or traditional makeup applicationS and what iS the difference?

we offer both! essentially airbrush and traditional makeup is a way of application. airbrush makeup typically using an air compressor to push foundation through the airbrush gun. traditional makeup uses a variety of formulas from cream, to liquid to gel. in both cases, the application can be very sheer or build up to fuller coverage. for a more in depth explanation of the difference between airbrush and traditional makeup application, please click here.

how do i make a payment?

Once your contract is Signed your personalized bridal portal will be activated. this is where you will be able to make paymentS and communicate with us.

would the Same artiSt/StyliSt be doing both my preview & wedding day hair/makeup?

yes! Unless there is an unexpected emergency, the talented artist/Stylist that is paired with you for your event will personally complete that service at your preview.

iS Gratuity included in the invoice?

yes. for tax purposes, a 20% gratuity will automatically be added to the total of all invoices prior to final payment being due.

what time do we need to begin on the day of the event?

This is determined based on what time you need to be ready by. each Stylist/artist works at their own pace and we ensure to schedule your timeline accordingly. we reserve additional time for brides to secure hair accessories or veils and also to account for any possible delays or distractions the bride may encounter on her big day. if your getting ready location has start time restrictions please let us know that right away so we can schedule accordingly.

when iS my final payment due?

the balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event date.

what is the difference between a trial and a preview?

although these terms are often used interchangeably in the beauty industry, we intentionally define them differently because they serve two very different purposes.

Bridal Trial

a bridal trial takes place before you book with us. the purpose of a trial is to determine whether our team, our artistry, and your assigned artist are the right fit for your wedding day.

during a bridal trial, you'll experience our process firsthand while collaborating with your artist to create your desired look. because you have not yet reserved your wedding date, we will hold your artist and wedding date for 48 hours following your appointment, giving you time to decide if you'd like to move forward with your booking.

Bridal Preview

a bridal preview takes place after you've officially booked with us and secured your wedding date. at this point, your artist has already been carefully selected through our extensive artist matching process, which pairs you with the professional best suited to your vision, style, personality, and service selections.

the purpose of a preview is to view and perfect your envisioned wedding-day look. together, you and your artist will refine every detail, make any desired adjustments and finalize your hair and makeup plan so that everyone feels confident and prepared for your wedding day.

think of your bridal preview as the dress rehearsal for your beauty services. it gives you the opportunity to see your complete bridal look, wear it throughout the day, photograph it in different lighting, and make any refinements before your wedding.

whether you book a trial or a preview, our goal is always the same—to ensure you walk down the aisle feeling like the most beautiful, confident version of yourself.

when Should i book my preview?

wisconsin: due to the fact that June though September are our industry’s busiest months, we request that all previewS be scheduled between the months of november-may. we understand that this may not be possible for some brides. we will gladly make an exception for brides that are out of state or brides that book our services a few months prior to their wedding date.

arizona: preview appointments are flexible and available year round

previews are held at the Stylist/artist’s home, Office or Salon, unless otherwise agreed upon. previews are typically done daytime, monday-thursday.

do i need a bridal preview, and how Should i beSt prepare for it?

i would always recommend a bridal preview. it not only allows you to preview what you are envisioning for your bridal look, but also allows you to conSult, meet and connect with your Stylist/artist. please keep in mind our Stylists/artists host previewS at their perSonal Studios, homes or Salons. if you would like to have them travel to you, travel feeS will apply.

Should i get hair extenSionS? if So, where can i get them?

hair extensions are wonderful to add volume and/or length to your hair. i would be happy to consult with you to help to determine if the hairstyle you choose would benefit from the use of hair extensions. we can then order them for you! the cost for the extensions start at $180. click here for more information.

all extensions must be 100% human hair. there is an additional $25 cost to place, secure and style all clip-in and halo hair extensions at each appointment. we do not style synthetic hair pieces.
